Your name and contact details when you fill in the booking form or the name input on our home page.
Business details you type into our free AI tool, such as what you sell, your location, your goals, your current marketing and your budget.

To book and prepare for your discovery and strategy calls, to respond to your messages, to generate your AI marketing priorities, and to understand how our website is used so we can improve it.
Our legal basis under POPIA is your consent when you submit a form, and our legitimate interest in running and improving our business. Where the Consumer Protection Act applies, we also use your information to deliver what you asked for.
We share information only with the service providers that help us run the business: our website hosting provider, customer relationship and automation tools, analytics providers, and the AI provider that powers the priorities tool.
These providers may process information outside South Africa. When they do, we take steps to make sure your information stays protected to a standard comparable to POPIA.
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the reasons above, or as the law requires. We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect it against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
You may ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information, and you may object to how we use it. Email support@chronastudios.com and we will help.
If you are not satisfied, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa, which oversees POPIA.
