Why am I not getting leads from social media?

Almost always because one of four links is broken: nobody new is seeing you, they see you but feel nothing, they feel something but do not know what to do next, or they reach out and nobody answers fast enough.

Start by finding which link it is, because the fix for each is completely different. Low reach is an attention problem. Good reach with no saves, no profile visits and no messages is a trust and story problem. Plenty of profile visits with no enquiries is a clarity problem — your offer and next step are not obvious. Enquiries that go quiet is a follow-up problem, and it is the most expensive of the four because you already paid for those leads.

Most businesses respond to all four with the same medicine: post more. That is why the exhaustion sets in without the results. More volume on a broken chain just breaks it faster.

The second-most-common cause is content built around trends rather than around what makes you worth choosing. Trend content buys reach from strangers who will never buy. Story content buys memory from the people who might.

In our experience the biggest single unclaimed win is speed and structure of follow-up. Leads that get an answer within minutes convert far better than leads answered the next morning — which is exactly why we build AI capture that replies in your voice, day or night.
